



Price may vary from time to time depending on the cost of the inclusions. Figs, rosemary, nuts, etc.. Most breads are 1000 gram loaves. (Medium) Many can be made as 1300 gram loaves as well (Large).
Rustic Sourdough takes two days and Sandwich Breads take three. Much of this time the dough spends proofing in the refrigerator. This is what gives it the distinct sourdough flavor.
When you send me your order, I will get back to you with the nearest possible date. If you have a special occasion, please make your request in advance.






Learn how to make your own artisan sourdough bread. The course includes my 25-year-old sourdough starter and access to me at any time you have questions. Course includes two to three sessions of one to two hours each, depending on how quickly you learn. You will also get to take home your own fresh artisan sourdough bread on the second day of classes. All classes included in one tuition cost. Classes are private, unless you have one or two friends who wish to take the class with you. BYOW Bring your own wine if you would like to sip while learning. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
